Warranty

All Dinny Hall jewellery is covered by our product promise, with a 12-month warranty on silver and vermeil, and 24 months for solid gold, from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults, which will be decided following assessment from our workshop. Should a manufacturing fault arise within this time, we will repair your piece at no charge or offer a replacement where appropriate. These instances are rare and typically present early on.

Our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, misuse or natural wear and tear over time.

Exclusions

• All sample sale pieces are final sale and are not covered by our warranty.
• Fine chains under 1.5mm are covered for 2 months only, as any manufacturing fault will typically present within this time. Due to their delicate nature, they should be worn and stored with care.
• Gold plating is covered, excluding bangles and rings, and where wear is caused by friction from other items.
• Any modification or repairs carried out by third parties outside of Dinny Hall. (We do not recommend this)

Out of our warranty, customers are responsible for postage and insurance when returning items to us. Alternatively, pieces may be returned to one of our stores.
