Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Dinny Hall purchases. However, if you are not satisfied you may return or exchange the items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returning your order is as easy as 1, 2, 3...

1Create a Royal Mail Returns Label
Click the link below where you will enter your order details and the reason for your return. You can either print and attach the label provided yourself or you can take the email you receive to the Post Office and scan your unique QR code and they will print it for you.
2Securely Package Your Order
Pack up your jewellery in the jewellery box provided, ensuring it is new, unused and in its original condition*. (Please ensure necklace clasps are fastened to prevent tangling in transit.) Fill out the returns form included with your order if you are returning your order for an exchange.
3Return to Post Office / Arrange a Collection
Ensure your package is fully sealed and take it to your nearest post office with either your label printed or email confirmation. Alternatively, after generating your returns label, you can book a collection by Royal Mail and they will provide you with a label - so no printer needed..

Terms & Conditions

Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, your original method of payment will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the initial delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your return within 5 days. Your credit card company may take further 3-5 working days to credit your account. All monetary refunds can only be issued through dinnyhall.com. Products purchased online can be returned in store but only for an exchange.

Insurance & Liability
We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items until they reach us. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Condition of Jewellery
Dinny Hall cannot accept responsibility for items that are defective or damaged, resulting from improper handling, lack of care, misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. Please note any items returned damaged, or without the tag intact will not be refunded.
